Many have been wondering when newlyweds Dennis Okari and Naomi Joy were going for their honeymoon. A day after their wedding, a fan begged Okari to stop sharing news on Twitter and spend time with his wife.
Mpasho has a big scoop. The two are set to leave the country on 22nd this month for their honeymoon.
A close source to the couple told Mpasho.co.ke:
Okari and his new wife are going to Dubai for their honeymoon for seven nights. They booked through Bountiful Safaris, a leading local tours and travel company.
Many were speculating that Bonfire Adventures was sponsoring their honeymoon because the founders attended Okari’s wedding and even shared photos and videos from his nuptials.

Okari and Joy are a perfect match. They have known each other for quite some time, and all I can wish them is a happy life. Both are nice people.
Although details of the place where they’re going to stay are still scanty, we have estimated that the couple would use close to Sh1 million for the whole trip.
For flight tickets, if they’re to fly with Kenya Airways first class, for a round trip, they would pay around Sh130,000. For accommodation, if they stay at Palazzo, they will pay Sh246,999 plus an additional sum of Sh59,396 for taxes and charges. For Jumeirah Emirates Towers, they will pay Sh200,601 plus an extra cost of Sh48,956 for taxes and charges.
Okari’s birthday was the same day as their wedding, and Joy showered him with praises.
” I cherish you my love, my king and I wish you well in life. You are my treasure,” her love poem read in part.
And Okari’s message to his wife during their engagement read: “I can’t wait to do life with you, and I can’t wait to start the journey, if only I get the answer that I am expecting.”
