Kourtney Kardashian opens up on Monday’s edition of Ellen about how she and Scott Disick are doing co-parenting their three kids, as well as her sister Khloe’s status with baby daddy Tristan Thompson.
The Keeping up with the Kardashians personality, 40, said she felt that she and Disick, 35, ‘get along really well’ in their co-parenting efforts toward their three kids: son Mason, nine, daughter Penelope, six, and son Reign, four.
‘He definitely makes it clear that the kids are his priority,’ said the mom-of-three, ‘and he checks in with me every morning, throughout the day, every night, just to make sure that I’m good and that the kids are good, and it’s such a nice change – I feel like he’s finally grown up.’
The eldest of the Kardashian siblings said that she and Scott ‘travel together with the kids,’ such as their recent excursion to Bali documented on the E! show.
Kourtney said that she invited Scott – who’s been in a relationship with model Sofia Richie, 20, for around a year-and-a-halfs – to appear alongside her on the talk show but he told her, ‘Let’s do it next time.’
Ellen asked Kourtney about another Kardashian romance that has drawn plenty of interest – her sister Khloe’s on-again, off-again relationship with her child’s father, NBA player Tristan Thompson; it came under fresh scrutiny in February amid his reported tryst with one-time family friend Jordyn Woods.
Kourtney said of Khloe’s romance with the Cleveland Cavaliers center: ‘I don’t know, I don’t think that deeply into it, but I know that she’s very strong and that I just feel like she’s in a really good place.
I know what it’s like to want to make your family … stay together because I worked really hard at that for many years.’ Kourtney said that Khloe is ‘really good with dealing with her emotions and … moments like this really bring our family closer together.’
She credited Khloe as ‘best mom to her daughter’ True, who celebrated her first birthday earlier this month.
‘That’s where all her energy is going towards,’ Kourtney added.
