Senior Resident magistrate Sinyikan Tobiko has directed that Jaguar be held at Kileleshwa police station for 3 working days to allow investigations.

The magistrate has reduced the application saying that the 14 days detention is unduly long, the detention is set to start from today.

His further detention has been based on the application by the prosecution that if he is let free, he could interfere with witnesses in the case.
