Anne Ngugi has joined Kenyans in mourning the passing on of young singer Audrey Chibole. Audrey, a blind singer succumbed to Ovarian Cancer at Nairobi Women’s Hospital on August 27.

Anne Ngugi shared a snippet video and her heartbreaking message read,

Rest In Peace Audrey Chibole, oh it’s really Painfull !!

The sad news was first shared on Ku Special Needs Education Student’s Organization (KUSNES) Facebook page.

In one of her last posts on social media, Audrey wrote,

I really want to sing but every time I open my mouth I can’t describe whatever comes out of it. That’s how much sickness has humbled me.

The multitalented singer touched many with her melodious voice and great music.

She did a collabo Niko Sawa featuring Anne Ngugi’s daughter Angel.
