A group of Kenyans is counting their lucky stars after narrowly escaping death by a whisker at Hell’s Gate after 7 people were carried by flash floods.
Eddie Mors, a tour and travel company was taking a group to Hell’s Gate, decided to avoid the gorges where the floods happened.
Responding to a tweet by KWS, Eddie Mors African Tour and Safari’s said,
We were at the Hells Gate National park but decided not to go to the gorges and go to olkaria spa instead. That is how lucky we were.

Another Kenyan also said he had been to Hells Gate a while back.
We toured as well and the guide showed us where the kids perished not long ago lucky escape.
Hell’s Gate National park has been closed indefinitely as KWS leads the search for one body which is still missing.
KWS confirmed that two bodies were recovered overnight and two others this morning.
